BITS Pilani Grad ( B.E. E.C.E) with 4 years experience as a Product Manager in Startups (Domains: B2B Adtech SaaS, Home Services Marketplace and B2B & B2C E-Grocery E-commerce). I intend to work at growing companies with credible Product Leadership where high ownership of work is encouraged.
In my current role, I own the Homepage & Search Experience at Ula, an app for Warung owners (small Retailers in Indonesia) to purchase stock. What I do:

What I Do

ULA : May 2022 - Dec 2022

Ula is a Indonesian B2B E-commerce startup that helps small retailers discover products and purchase stock.

• I owned the Homepage & Search Experience in the Retailer app, optimizing for Conversion and
Product Mix.
• Evangelized the need for Personalizing the Products & Promotions shown in the
Homepage and worked closely with the Merchandizing and Promotions team to put it into
action.
• Built User Segmentation which helped increase Homepage(>225K daily visits) to Product
View Conversion from 66% to 75%.
• Improved Unique products viewed per user per week by 25% with Automated Rule-based
Collections.
• Increased Search Traffic (>60k daily searches) with UI Enhancements and Suggestions.
• Remodeled the Recommendation engine to serve High-margin products.

My Past Work

BIGBASKET : Jan 2021 - May 2022

I'm part of the Front-end Product Team at BigBasket, India's Largest Grocery Shopping App. I own the Discovery and Search Experience and handle initiatives aimed at increasing Product Adoption and Customer Delight.

SUPERK: Sept 2020 - Dec 2020 (4 Months)

• Identified Growth Inhibitors and Envisioned the Product Roadmap.
• Organized Use cases and built apps through a no-code platform to streamline operations and Reduce Time, Effort involved in Communications and Recons with Partners
• Onboarded Vendors and Brands to our mobile apps and took measures to increase Adoption
• Built the Website to increase discoverability for Customers, Vendors and Brands.

KAODIM : May 2019 - June 2020 (1 year 1 month)

Kaodim is a Services Marketplace with Web/Mobile Apps operating in SEA. I was responsible for driving roll-out of product updates aimed at Achieving Growth of Job Request volume, GMV & Gross Profit and for overseeing Product adoption by users and vendors.

• Owned 16 Product features end-to-end: Vendor Performance Dashboard, Reviews in Product Description Page, Vendor Rebooking, Vendor Sign up Flow Revamp, Vendor Payouts Automation (Internal tool), Marketing tools Integration, Services Search optimization, Job Closure Enforcement, Call Masking, OTP Verification Flow revamp, Itemized billing, Payouts Disbursement and settlement tool for Finance team, etc.

• Identified Pain points based on User & Vendor Behaviour Analysis, Interactions with internal teams (Operations, Marketing) and contributed to Roadmap creation.
• Drafted Product Requirement Documents and closely worked with Designers for Mockups.
• Tracked Development progress on a daily-basis to ship features on-time, Handled Go-to-Market Strategy and Analyzed Key Success metrics after Launch.

CLIENTFLOW : Jan 2018 - Apr 2019 (1 year 4 months)

ClientFlow was an early-stage Project Management Software (SaaS, Web App) for Client Service Teams.

Handled all Product, Marketing and Sales Operations of the Product and was mainly Responsible for contemplating and driving execution of strategic moves aimed at achieving Product Market fit.

• Developed Marketing Strategy and kept track of Marketing activities.
• Monitored User Journey and improved Retention.
• Interacted with Prospects and Customers to gain feedback regarding features and UX.
• Prioritized Feature requirements and Coordinated Development Projects with the Tech team.
• Handled all Sales, Support and Success functions of the Product.
• Drove implementation of the Salesforce integration for an Enterprise workflow management software.

REPORTGARDEN : Jul 2017 - Dec 2017 (6 months)

ReportGarden is a Client reporting tool for Marketing Agencies used by around 1500 teams.

As a Product Analayst, I
• Designed and Implemented UI changes to the App’s main feature to improve the UX.
• Handled 2 new Product modules from their inception starting with Product Validation, Industry Analysis and Competitor Analysis.
• Prepared Product Requirement Documents and closely worked with the Tech team during Development.
• Managed Lead Nurturing campaigns for new Product modules; Interacted with early adopters to translate requirements and into product features.
• Worked with the Content and Design team to create landing pages for new features.
